过氧化氢酶与肿瘤的关系

Abstract:

?哺乳动物体内的活性氧(reactiveoxygenspecies,ros)是一类含有氧元素的自由基,与肿瘤的发生、发展关系密切。过氧化氢酶(catalase,cat)是体内重要的抗氧化酶,在清除ros、维持氧化还原状态的平衡方面发挥着重要作用。本文对cat的结构、作用机制及其在肿瘤发生、发展和治疗中的作用进行综述,为肿瘤的预防和治疗提供新思路。
