电致发光材料mga_2s_4:ce的合成及其发光特性

Abstract:
？用固相反应法制备cas,srs,ga2s3及ce2s3,进而合成了mga2s4:ce(m=ca,sr)电致发光材料.caga2s4和srga2s4同属d空间群中斜方晶系结构用430nm的光激发时,caga2s4:ce3和srga2s4:ce具有相似的发射谱带,都具有蓝、绿两个发射峰,它们分别对应着ce3的2d(5d)→f5/2(4f)和2d(5d)→f7/2(4f)的跃迁mga2s4:ce粉末的光致发光光谱随ce3浓度的增加略向长波方向移动;浓度相同的srga2s4:ce的光谱相对于caga2s4:ce蓝移约10nm.mga2s4:ce的电致发光与粉末材料的光致发光相比明显向短波方向移动//关键词##4//
