pzt/bit复合压电陶瓷
Abstract:
?研究了在(pb0.92sr0.08)(zr0.52ti0.48)o3基体中引入bi4ti3o12(简称bit)压电第二相后复合陶瓷的微观结构、力学性能以及电学性能复合化提高pzt基陶瓷的断裂韧性(kic=28mpa·m1/2);而且可有效地控制复合化引起的压电性能的下降
