bn/sialon复相陶瓷的显微结构及sialon晶粒z值的不确定性(英文)

Abstract:
？采用热压烧结工艺开发了高抗热震性及无明显各向异性的bn(p)/sialon复相陶瓷,观察分析了显微结构特征,发现sialon晶粒z值随晶粒结晶形态不同及晶粒内位置不同而呈现不确定的现象.
