pbte热电材料的氧化行为

Abstract:
?研究了热电材料pbte在高温(700~900k)、氧分压为0.01~100kpa时的氧化行为发现氧化物均为pb—d—o的三元化合物且随温度及氧分压的变化有规律地分布在高温低氧分压条件下,试样质量减少,生成pb3teo5或者pb5teo7;而在低温高氧分压条件下,试样质量增加,生成pbteo3或者pbteo3/pb2teo4.
