Abstract:
?研究了用xd法制备的zl201/tib2原位自生复合材料的组织与平滑动磨损行为经175℃时效后,zl201/tib2的组织由α-al、θ”、θ’相及原位自生的亚微米级tib2颗粒构成tib2颗粒大大提高了材料的硬度和耐磨性在本试验条件下,zl201/tib2的磨损机制是粘着磨损和熔化磨损随滑动距离增加,主导磨损机制由粘着磨损向熔化磨损过渡,磨损速度迅速增大
