纳米tio2共混改性pvdf复合膜的制备和性能

Abstract:

?将锐钛矿tio2纳米颗粒共混于铸膜液中,用溶致相转换分离法制备了纳米tio2改性pvdf膜,并对复合膜的结构进行了表征,研究了tio2纳米粒子含量对复合膜性能的影响。结果表明,随着tio2纳米粒子含量的增加,复合膜的表面水接触角降低、亲水性提高,纯水通量逐渐增加(tio2浓度<8%),复合膜对于蛋白质吸附量降低、膜的抗污染能力提高。当licl的浓度(质量分数,下同)为2%、peg600的浓度为2%、pvdf的浓度为20%、tio2的浓度为5%--8%时,杂化膜的孔径大小均匀,tio2颗粒负载于pvdf膜的骨架中。与pvdf膜比较,tio2/pvdf复合膜的亲水性提高、对蛋白质的吸附降低、抗污染能力增强。此复合膜对cu(ii)表现出良好的吸附--脱附性能,在150min内对cu(ii)的吸附率为82.19%。
