溶胶-凝胶自燃烧法合成ni-zn铁氧休纳米粉末

Abstract:
?将溶胶-凝胶法和自蔓延燃烧法相结合,开发了一种sol-gel自燃烧超细粉末合成技术,并合成了ni-zn铁氧休纳米粉末.结果表明,由硝酸盐和柠檬酸形成的凝胶具有自蔓延燃烧特性,燃烧后直接形成粒度为40-50nm、具有尖晶石结构的单相ni-zn铁氧体超细粉末.借助dta-tg和红外吸收光谱研究了凝胶的燃烧和析晶过程,利用xrd、tem和mossbauer谱对合成的粉末进行了表征.
