金属板料的激光喷丸变形理论

Abstract:

?基于激光喷丸机理,提出了板料激光喷丸变形的小挠度纯弯曲变形理论.以外弯矩替代激光喷丸后的残余应力层,把激光喷丸板料变形过程等价为平板的纯弯曲问题,推导出激光喷丸后板料的变形曲率估算式,建立了板料变形曲率半径与残余应力层深度、残余应力的大小及分布和材料性能之间的关系模型.在此基础上对激光喷丸板料成典型的"∧"形过程进行了理论分析和实验研究,取得了一致的结果.
