(batio3+bafe12o19)/pani复合材料的电磁性能

Abstract:

?用溶胶--凝胶法制得钛酸钡(batio3)和m型钡铁氧体(bafe12o19),然后用原位聚合法制备了(batio3+bafe12o19)/聚苯胺(pani)复合粉体。用x射线衍射仪(xrd)、傅立叶变换红外光谱仪(ftir)、透射电镜(tem)、四探针、振动样品磁强计(vsm)、和矢量网络分析仪等手段表征了样品微粒的结构、形貌和电磁性能。结果表明:(batio3+bafe12o19)/pani复合材料的饱和磁化强度ms和电导率随苯胺含量的增加分别减小和增大,微波吸收强度随pani含量增加而增大,吸收强度最大达-27.73db,吸收频率向两极(高频和低频)方向移动,其红外吸收性能明显增强。
