有机蒙脱土/介孔分子筛协同膨胀型阻燃剂阻燃聚丙烯的性能

Abstract:

?用熔融共混法制备了多种不同配比的聚丙烯(pp)/膨胀型阻燃剂(ifr)/有机蒙脱土(ommt)/介孔分子筛(mcm--41)纳米复合材料,研究了具有纳米片层结构ommt与同时具有纳米球形颗粒与纳米六方孔道的mcm--41及其不同的添加量与ifr复配对pp基纳米复合材料性能的影响。结果表明:ommt、mcm--41与ifr在pp中具有良好的协同作用,当ommt/mcm--41混合填料比例为1:1时,pp基纳米复合材料的拉伸强度及冲击强度均达到最大值,氧指数达到34.2,比纯pp(氧指数17.0)提高了50%,垂直燃烧等级达到v--0级,耐热分解温度得到提高。
