陶粒对次轻混凝土的强度和抗渗性的影响

Abstract:
?使用不同强度和吸水率的陶粒制备次轻混凝土,测定陶粒附近界面区水泥石的微观结构,研究了陶粒吸水率对其强度和抗氯离子扩散性能的影响.结果表明,颗粒强度较高的陶粒有利于提高次轻混凝土的强度,而吸水率较高的陶粒由于其在混凝土内部较强的吸返水作用可改善陶粒与水泥石的界面粘结性能,提高混凝土的劈拉强度;吸水率较高的陶粒可细化水泥石的孔结构和降低有害孔含量,使混凝土的抗渗性能提高,且随着龄期的增长效果更为显著.
