片状镍粉对氟碳涂层抗渗透性的影响

Abstract:

?对不同体积分数的片状镍粉氟碳涂层进行盐雾实验、电化学测试及分析和水蒸气透过率测试,研究了片状镍粉体积分数对氟碳涂层抗渗透性能的影响。结果表明:镍粉的体积分数为5%时涂层的综合性能最好,镍粉体积分数大于15%时涂层的抗渗透性能随着镍粉体积分数的增大而降低。
