ctab浓度和反应液的ph值对水热合成gdvo4:eu3+荧光粉性能的影响

Abstract:

?使用氧化钆、氧化铕和偏钒酸铵为原料,以ctab为表面活性剂,用水热合成法改变表面活性剂ctab加入量和ph值,制备出从微米尺度到纳米尺度的一系列gdvo4:eu3+荧光粉。使用x射线衍射(xrd)、扫描电子显微镜(sem)、透射电子显微镜(tem)和荧光光谱(pl)等测试手段对样品的物相、形貌、发光性能进行表征,研究了表面活性剂ctab浓度和反应液的ph值对gdvo4:eu3+荧光粉形貌与性能的影响。结果表明,反应液的ph值显著影响样品的晶粒尺寸,ph=1时得到了微米级的晶体颗粒,ph=4时得到边长为200nm左右的晶片产物,而在ph=7时得到尺度10-20nm的小晶片,在ph=10的碱性条件下出现了氢氧化物杂质。不同表面活性剂的加入量显著改变了晶体生长方向和团聚方式,从而改变了样品的最终形貌。样品的发光性能随着晶粒尺寸和结晶度变化显著,百纳米边长结晶良好的gdvo4:eu3+四方晶片的发光性能最为优良。
