再生塑料的组成与热性能研究

Abstract:

?采用傅里叶变换衰减全反射红外光谱仪(ftir--atr)、差示扫描量热仪(dsc)以及热失重仪(tg),对4种不同型号的再生塑料的组成和热性能进行了研究,并利用红外图像系统分析了再生塑料的成分分布情况。研究结果表明,其中3种再生塑料中的主要成分为聚丙烯(pp),另一种再生塑料为高密度聚乙烯(hdpe)和聚丙烯(pp)的共混物。最后模拟hdpe和pp共混体系,建立再生塑料中不同含量pp的拟合曲线,较为准确地获得了再生塑料中的pp含量。
