me2--w型钡铁氧体的制备及其电磁性能研究

Abstract:

?用溶胶--凝胶法制备了me2-w型铁氧体(bame2fe16o27),考察了co2+、ni2+、zn2+作为me$_{2}$组合时材料电磁性能的变化。采用x射线衍射仪(xrd)、扫描电子显微镜(sem)、振动样品磁强计(vsm)和矢量网络分析仪等手段表征了材料的相组成、形貌,并对其磁性能和微波吸收性能进行了初步研究。研究表明,制得的w型铁氧体呈六角片状,样品呈顺磁性且具备优异的磁性能。其中cozn作为me2掺杂的w型铁氧体组合具有更高的比饱和磁化强度和微波吸收性能,ms达到了134.02am2/kg;在吸波层厚度d为3.5mm时,吸收率小于-10db的频带宽度为5.42ghz,反射率为-16.23db。
