tio2掺杂对na-β"-al2o3性能的影响

Abstract:
?以薄水铝石、氧化镁、碳酸钠为起始原料,采用传统的固相反应法并添加0.5%--2%的tio2促进烧结,制备出高致密度的na--β''--al2o3电解质,并对不同tio2添加量样品的相组成、微结构、力学性能以及电性能进行表征。结果表明,添加tio2所得na--β''--al2o3材料的相纯度高于96%;未添加tio2的烧结试样结构疏松,存在大面积孔缺陷,而添加tio2的试样显微结构均一,颗粒排布紧密,晶粒生长完善,致密度明显提高。添加tio2可以显著提高材料的弯曲强度;添加tio2使致密烧结体的钠离子电导率有大幅度提高,其原因是高致密度减小了材料的晶界电阻。
