亚稳态al67mn8ti24nb1粉末热压成形合金的断裂韧性

Abstract:

?在高能球磨过程中,al67mn8ti24nb1复相合金的do22结构第二相逐步固溶入l12基体,且基体有序度降低,球磨10h后第二相完全被溶入,合金呈弱有序的fcc结构.亚稳态粉末在热压成形过程中发生重有序化转变,形成细密的复相结构.成形合金的显微组织由l12基体和弥散分布的do22结构al3(ti,nb)第二相组成,与铸态相比,组织明显均匀并细化.al67mn8ti24nb1粉末热压成形合金的室温压缩强度明显提高,塑性改善,断裂韧性提高.
