冷轧对含少量mo的301不锈钢(15cr17ni7)组织和性能影响

Abstract:
?对含有0.8%(质量分数)mo的301奥氏体不锈钢板进行了压下率为0--52%的冷轧变形实验,研究了不同变形量下合金室温拉伸性能、显微组织、马氏体含量及显微硬度。结果表明合金的加工硬化与变形过程中应力诱发马氏体相变密切相关,合金的屈服强度、抗拉强度和显微硬度与压下率呈线性关系。当压下率为52%时,合金组织中马氏体含量约75%,抗拉强度达1700mpa以上。添加0.8%mo对合金起到轻微强化作用,强度提高约100mpa,但塑性没有降低。
