凹凸棒粘土/聚丙烯酸复合材料的制备与调湿性能

Abstract:
?用反相悬浮聚合法制备凹凸棒粘土/聚丙烯酸复合材料,研究了凹凸棒含量、中和度和交联剂含量对其形貌、结构和吸放湿性能的影响。结果表明,凹凸棒粘土/聚丙烯酸材料的表面疏松多孔;随着凹凸棒含量的增加,在聚丙烯酸吸湿组分减少和材料疏松程度增大的综合作用下复合材料的吸放湿率先提高后降低;随着溶液中和度的提高,丙烯酸中的--cooh转化为亲水性更高的--coona,使材料的吸湿率显著提高,但放湿率略有降低;凹凸棒粘土/聚丙烯酸复合材料的最佳组分为凹凸棒含量10%、溶液中和度60\%--80\%、交联剂含量0.10%--0.50%。
