ti3sic2氧化膜的抗循环氧化行为

Abstract:

?用循环氧化和用声发射技术研究了ti3sic2陶瓷材料氧化膜的抗剥落性和氧化膜的开裂行为。利用xrd和sem分析了表面成分和结构。结果表明,ti3sic2有良好的抗循环氧化性能。腐蚀产物分成明显的两层,外层成分为tio2,内层为tio2和sio2的混合物。内层有明显的贯穿性纵向裂纹。在声发射实验的恒温阶段没有观测到声信号,但在降温过程中出现了声信号,表明生长应力不会导致氧化膜破裂,而热应力导致氧化膜破裂。
