聚己内酯的表面光化学接枝改性以及细胞相容性

Abstract:

?采用紫外光氧化接枝的方法将亲水性的聚甲基丙烯酸(pmaa)接枝到聚己内酯(pcl)表面,用水溶性碳化二亚胺——1-二甲基胺丙基-3-乙基碳化二亚胺作为缩合剂在接枝膜表面固定了明胶,并用衰减全反射红外光谱(atr-ftir)和光电子能谱(xps)对其表面进行了表征。测量了水相动态接触角,研究了测试细胞相容性.结果表明,经过改性后的pcl膜表面的亲水性显著提高,内皮细胞在改性pcl表面上培养96h后的细胞增殖率和活性均有明显提高。
