一种热压βsialon的蠕变和蠕变恢复行为

Abstract:
？研究了一种以sm-黄长石固溶体（m`）为晶界相的βsialon在温度为1300oc、应力为110~270mpa条件下的四点弯曲蠕变行为，应力指数为1.2.蠕变后试样的显微结构观察表明只在三晶界点出现蠕变空洞，由此推测扩散调节的晶界滑移是主导蠕变机制。在1300oc/200mpa下的蠕变恢复行为归因于残余晶界玻璃相的粘弹性松弛。
