几种合金在超临界水氧化苯酚中的腐蚀

Abstract:

?使用连续式超临界水氧化装置,测定了三种不锈钢(1cr18ni9ti、316、sanicro28)和一种镍基合金(ni825)在超临界条件(400~420℃、25mpa)下和亚临界条件(330~350℃、25mpa)下分解苯酚时的腐蚀失重。用光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜观测腐蚀试样的显微形貌,用x射线能谱分析(edax)分析腐蚀后合金试样表面组成。结果表明,4种合金在超临界和亚临界水氧化条件下的均匀腐蚀速度很小,1cr18ni9ti和316不锈钢有孔蚀倾向,sanicro28和ni825呈现较好的耐蚀性。试验后的合金表面腐蚀层分外表层(腐蚀产物层)和内表层(除去腐蚀表层后的内氧化层)。外表层的fe含量比内表层高,内表层的cr和ni含量比外表层高。
