聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯-层状硅酸盐纳米复合材料的制备与性能

Abstract:
?制备了聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯-层状硅酸盐(ls)纳米复合材料(npbt),并研究了它的结晶特性。ls的剥离片层起结晶成核中心作用并阻碍pbt球晶生长。ls为1.0%~10.0%质量时,npbt的热变形温度比纯pbt提高30~50℃,结晶速率(1/t1/2)比pbt提高约30%~100%,加工注模温度显著下降,热降解性能变好。tem观测表明:npbt中ls片层的尺度为30nm-100nm,3%的粒子发生团聚并与基体相分离。选择适当的处理剂、控制ls加入量和加入方式可减少发生团聚的粒子。
