ti600钛合金的氧化行为

Abstract:

?研究了ti600钛合金在700--1000℃范围内的氧化行为。结果表明,ti600的100h氧化动力学近似遵循抛物线--直线规律,氧化激活能为224kj???mol-1。ti600试样在700℃氧化100h后其表面形成了致密的氧化皮,而在高于700℃氧化100h后氧化皮出现多层结构并开始剥落,氧化皮主要由金红石型tio2和α--al2o3组成。ti600试样在700--1000℃氧化后,氧化皮下方的氧扩散区(odz)形成了多层结构,随着氧化温度的升高和氧化时间的延长,odz区的厚度和氧在odz的溶解度随之提高。
