23co13ni11cr3mo超高强钢的高温变形行为

Abstract:

?在gleeble1500热模拟机上进行大变形等温压缩实验,研究了23co13ni11cr3mo钢的高温变形行为。结果表明:流变应力随着变形温度的降低和应变速率的升高而增大,在高温、低应变速率下动态再结晶软化效应显著,在温度为1000℃、应变速率为0.001s-1时流变应力下降29.6%。23co13ni11cr3mo钢在温度为1000--1100℃、应变速率为0.01--1s-1范围内锻造,其动态再结晶充分发生,晶粒细小,随变形参数波动变化平缓。根据实验结果建立了峰值流变应力模型及稳态晶粒尺寸模型,其预测值与实验值吻合得比较好。
