Abstract:

?用机械共混法制备了bi0.5sb1.5te3/聚苯胺复合材料,测量了材料的电学性能参数.与bi0.5sb1.5te3相比,复合材料的seebeck系数略有下降.在290~300k温区内,复合材料的电导率随材料中聚苯胺含量的增加呈线性下降趋势.在室温下,聚苯胺加入量(质量分数)为2%的复合材料,其功率因子比bi0.5sb1.5te3的低约30%.
