fe-75cu纳米涂层在低氧分压下的高温氧化

Abstract:
?采用热重分析实验研究了用磁控溅射沉积制备的fe-75%cu(质量分数)纳米涂层在低氧压条件下(只有fe可被氧化)的氧化,探讨了纳米晶粒尺寸及氧分压对双相合金高温氧化机制的影响.与fe-75cu铸态合金在高、低氧压条件下以及fe-75cu纳米涂层在空气中氧化时形成的复杂结构的氧化膜不同,fe-75cu纳米涂层在低氧压下氧化时在富铜单相区上面形成单一的氧化铁.降低环境氧势并同时配以相微细化处理,可以显著降低合金的活泼组元发生单一外氧化所需的临界浓度.
