pp/pmma接枝剑麻纤维复合材料的结构和性能

Abstract:
？用注塑成型方法制备了pp/pmma接枝剑麻纤维(sf)复合材料，研究了它的热性能、晶态结构、微观结构和力学性能。结果表明pmma表面接枝的sf增强了pp与sf之间的作用力，改善了pp/sf的热稳定性，降低了pp相的熔点。同时sf的加入诱导了?-晶型pp的生成，提高了pp相的结晶度，降低了无定型pp的玻璃化转变温度。pmma接枝的sf提高了pp的模量、对pp有明显的增韧效果。
