用快速胶凝法制备无机氧化铝膜

Abstract:
？用溶胶快速胶凝法制备了无龟裂的氧化铝膜.勃姆石凝胶膜的厚度与喷雾距离、时间和溶胶的浓度之间的关系为δμct/d^2.适宜的溶胶(alooh)浓度为0.5~1.4mol/l,粘度应小于25′10^{-3}pa？s.用此法可制备厚度为0.05μm的超薄负载氧化铝膜和厚度为0.2mm的无龟裂的无负载氧化铝膜.利用x射线衍射、透射电镜研究了不同温度时的物相和膜的截面、表面的形貌γ-al2o3膜的晶粒大小均匀,以长形晶粒为主,形成了较均匀的孔结构,微孔孔径约为3nm.
