si3n4/ti/cu/ni二次部分瞬间液相连接

Abstract:
?在用ti/ni/ti中间层进行si3n4陶瓷部分瞬间液相连接试验的基础上,设计了ti/cu/ni中间层,提出了二次部分瞬间液相连接的新方法.认为二次部分瞬间液相连接能避免脆性ni-ti化合物层的形成,提高连接接头强度.
