crmnn不锈钢的抗空蚀和磨蚀性能

Abstract:

?利用旋转圆盘仪对crmnn不锈钢、20simn低合金钢和0cr13ni5mo不锈钢进行了模拟实际工况条件下的空蚀和磨蚀(空蚀和冲刷磨损联合作用)实验.用失重法评价了三种金属材料的抗空蚀和磨蚀性能,并用扫描电镜观察了空蚀形貌.结果表明,crmnn不锈钢不仅比目前水轮机转轮用材具有更高的抗空蚀性能,而且也具有很好的抗磨蚀性能.深入研究了crmnn不锈钢的抗损伤机理.
