fe83nb6b11合金的饱和磁化强度和有效各向异性

Abstract:
?研究了fe83nb6b11合金的饱和磁化强度ms及有效各向异性与温度t的关系,结果表明:淬态fe83nb6b11非晶合金的有效各向异性随温度的升高下降的幅度很大,其原因主要是由于磁致伸缩ls或应力s耦合造成的。热处理后的样品,在同一测试温度下,饱和磁化强度ms及有效各向异性随热处理温度的升高而增大,原因是饱和磁化强度ms和有效各向异性主要a-fe相的贡献,热处理温度升高,a-fe积分数增大,有效各向异性ms及增大。用交换作用理论解释了有效各向异性随着热处理温度的升高而变小的现象。
