在ps/pp合金的共混过程中分散相粒径的变化

Abstract:
？采用间隙取样法,用扫描电子电镜观测聚苯乙烯/聚丙烯合金的相分布,求出分散相的粒径,研究了熔融共混过程中分散相粒径的变化规律.结果表明,分散相粒径随着体系内分散相含量的增加而增大;粒径不仅受剪切速率大小的影响,还受分散相和连续相动态弹性模量的制约;在共混过程中,分散相粒子大小的变化主要发生在共混的初期,在共混的后期粒径趋于稳定.
