空蚀过程中的热效应

Abstract:
?在cr-mn-n奥氏体钢空蚀损伤的样品表面出现了高温η-ni3ti相和尺寸约为30nm的纳米晶.前者是空蚀过程中的热效应所致,后者则是机械和热效应共同作用的结果.推测在cr-mn-n奥氏体钢空蚀试验时可能出现1100k左右的瞬时高温.发展抗空蚀材料除了应考虑常温组织和性能外,还应考虑材料的高温组织、性能和冷热疲劳性能.
