lf4铝合金微弧氧化膜的性能
Abstract:
?将lf4铝合金在次亚磷酸钠复合体系中进行微弧氧化,研究了工艺条件对微弧氧化膜层的成膜速率和耐蚀性的影响.结果表明,电流密度、氧化时间、氧化液温度和搅拌强度等工艺条件对微弧氧化膜层的性能有很大的影响,找出了最佳工艺参数,并制备出厚度达80μm耐蚀性强的微弧氧化陶瓷膜.微弧氧化膜主要由al、si和o元素及少量p组成,其结构由致密层(内层)和疏松层(外层)构成,疏松层有许多气孔,内层光滑致密,具有很强的耐蚀性能.
