pcl/pmvs共混物的辐射交联行为与性能
Abstract:
?测量了pcl/pmvs共混物的凝胶含量、力学性能和形状记忆行为,研究了聚己内酯(pcl)与甲基乙烯基硅橡胶(pmvs)共混物的辐射交联行为.研究表明,pcl/pmvs共混物的辐射交联符合charlesby-pinner关系式,且pmvs对pcl的辐射交联有促进作用.随着共混物中硅橡胶用量的增加,凝胶化剂量降低,裂解与交联几率的比值p0/q0比值变小,辐射交联效率提高.共混物的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率随着辐射剂量的增加而下降,但下降的幅度比纯pcl-h5要小.在低温辐射交联pcl/pmvs共混物的弹性模量随着硅橡胶含量的增加而下降,在高温随着硅橡胶含量的增加而升高.适度交联的pcl/pmvs共混物具有较高的形状记忆特性,形变恢复率大于95%.
