银基离子聚合物金属复合材料的制备和驱动特性

Abstract:

?用化学沉积法制备银基ipmc(ag-ipmc),用扫描电镜和能谱分析仪研究其表面形貌和表面电极化学成分。结果表明,ag在离子交换膜内部和外表面的沉积效果良好;对ag-ipmc试件的直流驱动、不同状态下的含水特性以及拉力输出的测试结果表明,低电压(小于1.6v)刺激可使ag--ipmc试件产生大变形,其输出拉力可达自重的89倍。各项性能与激励电压的关系表明,ag--ipmc的最佳直流激励电压为0.6--1.2v。
