tial合金防护涂层先驱溶胶的热分解和晶化过程

Abstract:

?研究了作为涂层粘结剂的y溶胶转变为凝胶后在加热过程中发生的热分解和相变过程,结果表明:在115℃凝胶中大量有机溶剂和自由水逸出,在180--280℃凝胶分子间发生缓慢的缩合反应并脱去结合水,在380℃羧酸盐分解为碱式碳酸盐,在440℃碳酸盐分解并析出y2o3微晶,在600℃y凝胶分解完全并转化为α--y2o3。
