单辊剪切/冷却al-ti-c合金的组织与细化活性

Abstract:

?用单辊剪切/冷却(shear/coolrollprocess-scr)连续成形实验机,使液-固反应法合成的alti5c0.25合金熔体在强剪切应力场中凝固成形,制备高细化活性的al-ti-c晶粒细化剂,研究了scr连续成形alti5c0.25合金组织的形成机制及细化特性。结果表明:scr连续成形为动态凝固成形过程,该过程对熔体的强烈剪切与热扰动作用,可影响自由晶tic的迁移行为,使tic粒子在α-al晶内呈弥散分布,分散细化tial3相,显著增强tic粒子的细化活性。
