石墨/聚丙烯复合板与碳纸间的接触电阻

Abstract:

?应用模压工艺制备了质子交换膜燃料电池(pemfc)用石墨/聚丙烯树脂复合板,研究了接触压力、聚丙烯树脂含量、熔融流体指数(mfi)和模压工艺条件对复合板与碳纸间接触电阻的影响.结果表明,复合板中石墨与碳纸间所形成的接触点数目是决定接触电阻大小的重要因素.接触压力的增大使石墨与碳纸间接触点的数目增大,导致接触电阻减小.而随着聚丙烯树脂含量的增加,接触电阻增大.随着mfi值的增大,模压压力的增大和模压温度的升高,接触电阻都缓慢增大.
