表面纳米化硅钢薄带的低温渗硅与参数的影响*

Abstract:
?对硅钢依次进行喷丸、冷轧和固体粉末渗硅,测试了表层的组织、物相和成分。结果表明:喷丸后硅钢表层产生尺寸为10nm左右的纳米晶,91%的冷轧使表层纳米晶的尺寸略有增加。冷轧样品(在硅粉+卤化物中)在500oc即可实现渗硅,提高渗硅温度或在较高的温度下延长保温时间均能增加化合物层的厚度,而卤化物的含量影响不大。在较低的温度渗硅后化合物层为单一的fe3si相,随着温度的升高、时间的延长以及卤化物含量的增加fesi相的含量提高。
