y对mg--8al--2sr镁合金高温力学性能的影响

Abstract:

?制备不同y含量的mg--8al--2sr--xy镁合金,用光学显微镜(om)、扫描电镜(sem)、能谱分析(eds)、高分辨电子显微镜(hrtem)、x射线衍射(xrd)以及力学性能测试等手段观测合金的显微组织和高温力学性,研究了y对合金高温力学性能的影响。结果表明:适量的y能明显细化mg--8al--2sr镁合金的显微组织,改变合金的相组成,有效抑制β--mg17al12相的出现,在晶界上生成新的高温耐热相al2y,促进al2sr的生成,因此使合金的高温力学性能显著提高。但是,过多的y导致合金的成分和组织不均匀,从而使合金的性能降低。
