尼龙6/sio2改性mca复合材料的阻燃性能

Abstract:

?在三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐(mca)传统的合成工艺中加入sio2溶胶,制备改性mca(mmca),再将其与尼龙6(pa6)熔融共混制备阻燃pa6复合材料,研究了其阻燃性能。结果表明:随着mmca中sio2含量的增加,复合材料的极限氧指数(loi)先增加后降低;在mmca中引入sio2后复合材料的自熄时间降低,当mmca含量(质量分数)为8%时复合材料达到ul94v--0自熄标准;在mmca中引入sio2可减少复合材料燃烧时熔滴的产生和促使无焰熔滴的形成,改善炭层结构,提高复合材料的阻燃性能。
