聚丙烯接枝苯乙烯磺酸--聚苯胺抗静电剂的制备和性能

Abstract:

?以聚丙烯(pp)为基体,以丙烯酸为掺杂剂,采用溶液接枝法制备了聚丙烯接枝苯乙烯磺酸--聚苯胺(pp--g--sps--pani)高分子复合物,用红外光谱仪、zc--90数字高阻计和扫描电子显微镜等手段对高分子抗静电剂进行了表征。研究了引发剂用量、丙烯酸用量等因素对其抗静电性能的影响,结果表明:抗静电剂性能随着丙烯酸、引发剂用量增加先升高后降低,丙烯酸掺杂使复合到pp分子链上聚苯胺分子链上的电荷离域形成共轭结构而具有导电性能,当丙烯酸用量与聚丙烯接枝苯乙烯磺酸质量比m丙烯酸/mpp-g-sps=7:1,引发剂与苯胺摩尔比naps/nani=2:1时复合效率最高,抗静电效果最好,抗静电剂与pp共混物的电阻率下降到9.5×1012ω·cm。对pp共混物界面的sem测试结果表明,共混物具有良好的相容性。
