ni3al(zr)合金的室温摩擦磨损性能

Abstract:

?研究了ni3al(zr)合金的室温滑动磨损性能,结果表明:随着p1/2·v值的增大,ni3al(zr)合金的磨损机制逐渐转变为氧化磨损机制,磨损率和摩擦系数逐渐降低,当p1/2·v研究了值达到22.7(n0.5·m/s)时,磨损机制转变氧化磨损机制。ni3al(zr)合金良好的高温力学性能支撑了氧化物膜,对于形成较完整的氧化物膜具有重要作用,氧化物膜降低了ni3al(zr)合金的摩擦系数和磨损率。
