camoo4:eu3+,li+红色荧光粉空心球的制备和发光性能

Abstract:

?以硝酸钙、氧化铕、碳酸锂和钼酸铵为原料,用喷雾热解法合成了camoo4:eu3+,li+红色荧光粉。用x射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜和荧光光谱对样品的物相、显微形貌和发光性能进行了表征,研究了喷雾热解温度对发光性能的影响。结果表明,随着热解温度的升高样品的发光亮度先增后减,在400℃达到最大值,样品为四方晶系camoo4,其显微形貌呈空心球形,平均球径为1.4?μm;这种荧光粉样品可被395nm的紫外光和465nm的蓝光有效激发,发出617nm的红光。
