医用多孔tio2/ha/tio2复合涂层的制备和性能

Abstract:

?采用溶胶--凝胶法在多孔niti合金表面制备出多孔tio2/羟基磷灰石(ha)/tio2复合涂层,研究了复合涂层的性能。结果表明:与未经过涂层处理的样品相比,涂有复合涂层的样品在模拟体液(sbf)溶液中ni离子的释放率大大降低;复合涂层具有比单一涂层更好的生物活性,在快速钙化溶液(fcs)中能诱导磷灰石快速生长;多孔niti合金的特殊孔道结构为药物的可控释放创造了条件,使药物释放呈现缓慢可控的规律。
