焊接热输入对x100管线钢接头性能的影响

Abstract:

?研究了焊接热输入对x100管线钢接头的组织及性能的影响,结果表明:随着焊接热输入的增加,焊缝区针状铁素体含量减少,热影响区(haz)晶粒变粗,x100管线钢接头的强韧性降低。较小的热输入可减少haz的宽度,降低haz硬度的下降。焊缝区和haz的冲击吸收功和剪切面积随着热输入的增加而减小。冲击断口表现为准解理断裂。焊缝组织以针状铁素体、粒状贝氏体为主,这种组织赋予材料良好的强韧性。在不同焊接热输入条件下,冷却速度的差异使热影响区的显微组织发生较大的变化。
